2010 National Service Coordinator Conference Online Collection System

^ TOPGENERAL INFORMATION
August 29 - September 1, 2010
Anaheim Marriott
Anaheim, CA

Welcome to the American Association of Service Coordinators' speaker collection website. This is your single source for submitting all of your materials (presentations, bios, handouts, contact information) for the 2010 National Service Coordinator Conference.

In 2009, AASC provided attendees with the option to print their workshop handouts 2 weeks prior to, during and following the conference, either online or via a CD provided to all attendees at the conference. Because of its popularity, AASC will continue this practice in 2010. Therefore, we ask that speakers review their contact information (including bio) and upload a presentation (PowerPoint) and/or handouts (Word Document or PDF).

In order to allow for publication and production time, AASC requires that all handouts/presentation materials be submitted by Friday, July 23, 2010.

Please follow all the instructions on this site. You will have full access to view and upload your submission until the submission close date of July 23, 2010.
If you have any questions regarding any of the guidelines or requirements, please contact Katie Dodson at kdodson@servicecoordinator.org or (614)848-5958 ext. 107.
^ TOPSUBMISSION DEADLINE
All presentation, handout, and bio submissions are due on or before Friday, July 23, 2010. Presentation materials not submitted by this date will not be included on the CD or website.
^ TOPSUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Contact Information:
Upon logging in to the submission site, please verify that your name, company name, phone number and email address are correct as this is the information that will be published on the CD. Please call or email Katie Dodson at 614-848-5958 ext. 107 or kdodson@servicecoordinator.org if you prefer NOT to have any or all of your contact information published.

Bios:
Brief bio(s) of speaker(s) must be included and should be 1-5 sentences. The session moderator will use this to introduce you prior to the start of your session (it will not be printed in any attendee materials).

Presentations:
Please collaborate with your co-presenters, combine your presentations and only upload one final file of the entire session presentation. All presentations will be available for downloading 2 weeks prior to the conference.
We will be setting up presentations for conference attendees to print as 3 slides per page so that there is room for notes.

Please be sure to do a printed sample of your presentation to make sure your slides are readable when printed.

Remember that many session rooms are large and people in the back of the room need to be able to see what is on your slide. Keep the amount of text on each slide to a minimum for ease in reading. The minimum font size you should use is 20 pt (Times New Roman or Arial; other fonts may require different sizes). See the link below for guidelines pertaining to what NOT to do while creating your PowerPoint.

Handouts:
Please limit handouts to 12 pages and remove page numbers, footers and headers.
Combine all session handout materials into one file for uploading.

Acceptable file format(s):

Presentation:
Only PowerPoint (*.ppt or *.pptx) presentations may be uploaded under the "Presentation" category.

Handouts:
You may submit either a PDF (*.pdf) or a Word Document (*.doc or *.docx) for the "Handouts" category.

All presentation and handout files must be uploaded on or before Friday, July 23, 2010.

Any presentations/handouts that are not uploaded by the submission deadline listed above will not be included on the website or the CDs provided to attendees and speakers will be responsible for providing materials onsite, at their own expense.
