Bios:Brief bio(s) of speaker(s) must be included and should be 1-5 sentences. The session moderator will use this to introduce you prior to the start of your session (it will not be printed in any attendee materials).
Presentations:
Please collaborate with your co-presenters, combine your presentations and only upload one final file of the entire session presentation. All presentations will be available for downloading 2 weeks prior to the conference. We will be setting up presentations for conference attendees to print as 3 slides per page so that there is room for notes.
Please be sure to do a printed sample of your presentation to make sure your slides are readable when printed.Remember that many session rooms are large and people in the back of the room need to be able to see what is on your slide. Keep the amount of text on each slide to a minimum for ease in reading. The minimum font size you should use is 20 pt (Times New Roman or Arial; other fonts may require different sizes). Please limit handouts to 12 pages and remove page numbers, footers and headers. Combine all session handout materials into one file for uploading.

Friday, July 23, 2010.Any presentations/handouts that are not uploaded by the submission deadline listed above will not be included on the website or the CDs provided to attendees and speakers will be responsible for providing materials onsite, at their own expense.
